Almost a month before its theatrical release, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is unveiled through a new trailer. Two years after the reboot of Spider-Man in the cinema, Sony Pictures will release its sequel on April 30. While the first movie focused on Peter Parker discovering powers and going up against the Lizard, the second movie will see Spider-Man face off against three enemies. In a new, and final, trailer published by Sony Pictures before the release of the film, we thus discover more of the reunion between Peter Parker and Harry Osborn, alias the Green Goblin, but also the Rhino or Electro. The video also reveals more information on the reasons for the death of Peter Parker's parents, a track already addressed in the first film. For Sony Pictures, The Amazing Spider-Man The Destiny of a Hero represents a major challenge. The studio has indeed already announced that it wants to further develop the universe of the spider-man in the cinema with adaptations of Venom and the Sinister Six. Despite the sheer number of superhero movie releases each year, Sony Pictures only has the rights to adapt Spider-Man and the movie-related characters. The studio is thus counting on other licenses to be able to continue to exploit the vein more fully. The Amazing Spider-Man Le Destin d'un Héros will be released in France on April 30th. It will be directed by Marc Webb with Andrew Garfield (The Social Network) in the main role, but also Emma Stone (Zombieland) in that of Gwen Stacy, Jamie Foxx (Django Unchained) in that of Electro, Dane Dehaan (Chronicle) in Harry Osborn or Paul Giamatti (Shoot'em Up) in Rhino.
